Sandy Dodge

Sandy has more than 20 years experience in the Human Resources arena through the West Australian state government and the Australian Public Service.

Sandy has extensive experience in all aspects of human resource management including HR strategy, workforce planning, policy development, coaching recruitment, change management, workshop facilitation, training and organisational development.

Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Training and Development, a Diploma of Business Management in HR, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Development. Sandy is accredited to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
