Helen is a Senior Consultant with ANSON, with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, across multiple industry sectors. Helen has extensive expertise in designing and delivering HR projects to achieve key business outcomes.
Helen’s track record in program delivery includes whole organisation job evaluation, company restructures, the design and implementation of new performance management frameworks in addition to the development of HR strategies to address changing business needs. Helen’s experience spans all key facets of generalist human resource management including industrial relations, employee engagement, leadership development, HR strategy, cultural change, policy development and remuneration and benefits.
In addition, Helen has in depth knowledge of developing and facilitating training sessions and workshops. Helen is a skilled coach, who enjoys working with individuals to assist in the attainment of personal goals. Helen holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Studies and Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
