Dena Zarif

Dena is a Head of People and Culture at ANSON with 10 years of experience providing support for people and communities including long term unemployed, people with disabilities, offenders and ex-offenders, people living with mental illness, youth and mature age, Indigenous, culturally and linguistically diverse communities; people facing homelessness; and recent refugees.

She has extensive experience in operational management, human resources, recruitment, tenders and procurement, program service delivery, performance management, business development, community engagement, project management and government contract compliance.

Dena is qualified in Management with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Management University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce Double Major Marketing and Management from Murdoch University. In addition Dena holds a Six Sigma accreditation from the Australian Institute of Management.

Dena also volunteers as Deputy Chair of WA Blue Sky, a well-known disability provider.
