John Broweleit is the business owner and Chair of ANSON Management Consulting. Reflecting his commitment to the community sector John has also served on several boards and is the past Board Chairperson for ASeTTS.
His background in a range of industries including IT, banking and government at the national and international management level, brings a strong business perspective as well as strategic expertise to ANSON and our team, as well as our clients.
John has a Bachelor in Economics from the Australian National University and a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
Dena has 10 years of experience providing support for people and communities including long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, offenders and ex-offenders, people living with mental illness, youth and mature age, Indigenous, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, people facing homelessness and recent refugees.
She has extensive experience in operational management, human resources, recruitment, tenders and procurement, program service delivery, performance management, business development, community engagement, project management and government contract compliance.
Dena is qualified in Management with a Masters of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce Double Major Marketing and Management from Murdoch University. In addition Dena holds a Six Sigma accreditation from the Australian Institute of Management.
Dena also volunteers as Chair of WA Blue Sky, a well-known disability provider.
As our Technology Director Matthew is responsible for all technology developments, management and innovations at ANSON.
Matthew heads up the Nightingale team and is heavily involved with all aspects of the software including presenting demonstrations for prospective clients, heading up the installation for new clients and running staff training sessions.
He has a Bachelor of Computer Science and Software Engineering from Edith Cowan University.
As Director of Business Services Shaun specialises in reviewing clients’ personnel, processes and systems against current industry best practice from the ground up.
Shaun has experience working as a Financial Controller and CFO in a variety of companies in the Hospitality, Tourism, Real Estate, Strata and Software sectors. He has owned and operated his own business aimed at providing small to medium businesses and Not for Profit organisations with efficient, accurate and streamlined processes allowing for reporting of strategic and meaningful data.
Shaun has a Bachelor of Accounting with a Double Major in Management and he is a member of the Institute Of Public Accountants.
Bernie is involved in a range of people and culture consulting services, including recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management and change management.
She brings to ANSON extensive experience in human resource management garnered from the health care services, wealth management, banking and community sectors.
Bernie is a certified change practitioner with PROSCI, has a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, an Executive Certificate in Management and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
A strong champion of Lifeline WA, Bernie does a regular weekly shift as a Crisis Supporter.
Calvin is a part of our ANSON Nightingale team, providing system maintenance, troubleshooting any problems and assisting with developments and improvements.
He has a strong software development and programming background from working in a variety of industries and sectors, and has a wide range of platform and language experience.
Calvin has a commitment to the welfare of animals and has been volunteering with the RSPCA for the last two years.
He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Hons) from Curtin University
Helen is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with over 18 years working across multiple industry sectors. Her experience spans all key facets of generalist human resource management including industrial relations, leadership development, HR strategy, policy development and employee engagement.
Having led a number of culture change projects within the community sector, Helen is a specialist in designing and delivering an employee led approach to values creation fostering strong employee engagement. In 2017, Helen supported ANSON to create a competency framework for National Disability Services, creating a tool now used across the disability sector.
Helen has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Studies and Human Resource Management and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Helen loves everything about working for ANSON especially getting to work with like-minded people from the community and not for profit sector. She is an Ambassador for the Stroke Foundation, and volunteers regularly for a range of other organisations.
Joanne is an experienced Consultant who has worked in the Recruitment industry for over 17 years. In that time, Joanne has successfully managed and delivered many recruitment assignments across range of sectors including Business Support, Accounting and Finance and Healthcare and Community Services.
Joanne has extensive experience in all aspects of recruitment including executive search, screening and placing candidates within client organisations; assisting with the recruitment, induction and on boarding of staff; providing career guidance and outplacement services; creation of policies and procedures, systems implementation, database management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kerry is a Recruitment Consultant with 20 years experience from a broad range of sectors, including local government, mining, oil and gas and Job Services Australia. She has also owned and operated a small business in the Hospitality Industry.
As a recruitment specialist Kerry provides the vital link between candidate and client. She has placed candidates from a wide range of disciplines including resources, engineering and construction, secretarial and business support, customer service, hospitality and manufacturing.
Kerry attributes her success to her commitment and drive to achieve results and focus on building strong, long term, mutually beneficial relationships with both candidates and clients.
Richard has over 20 years of legal experience in private practice and corporations in Sydney, Perth, London and Singapore. He has worked with a variety of clients across the Not for Profit sector.
Richard has served as a partner in a global top tier law firm providing advice and negotiating high level corporate and project finance transactions. He also has many years of experience in senior in-house legal counsel roles within Westpac Institutional Bank, Investec Bank Australia (Capital Markets) and Rabobank Australia.
